Venue
The Gene Forum 2015 will be held on June 18-19, in Dorpat Conference Centre in Tartu, Estonia.
Conference Language
The official conference language is English.
Registration
May 25th, deadline for early-bird registration.
June 12th, deadline for registration to the conference.
In order to register to the conference, please complete the registration form. The registrations can be made:
A letter of confirmation including complete registration details will be sent to all participants by the Conference Secretariat.
Participation fee
Conference fee includes full attendance, exhibition, conference materials, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, and Buffet Dinner (June 18th). Conference rates:

Payment Information
Payments can be made:
by bank transfer (invoice)
by credit card - Conference Secretariat will contact you to ensure authorization and a safe credit card transaction.
Upon receiving your registration to the conference, a written confirmation including the payment details will be sent to you by the Conference Secretariat.
Accommodation
Hotel Dorpat, located beside the conference venue, has been booked for conference participants. Hotel rooms can be reserved through the Conference Secretariat upon the submission of completed registration form. For late registrations accommodation cannot be guaranteed. The special conference price is valid only if the hotel room is reserved and paid in advance through the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you will be unable to attend, you can make substitutions at no extra charge. All the substitutions must be made in written form to the Conference Secretariat prior to the conference. Refunds will be made less a handling charge (25 EUR) for cancellations received in writing prior to June 12th, 2015. No refunds will be made after that date.
Travel Information
Visas to enter Estonia are not required from citizens of USA, EU and most European countries, including all Scandinavian countries. For detailed information, please visit the website of the Estonian ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.vm.ee. The main international airport is located in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Direct flights to Tartu are available from Helsinki only. The distance between Tartu and Tallinn is 186 km.
